Problem: Old Westinghouse manufacturing complex with oil-fired steam boilers was converted to public warehouse space. Owner needed “lowest total cost and most efficient” heating system that would also qualify for a state utility energy rebate program.
Solution: Designed and supplied lowest total cost gas heating system. Saved owner $1 million dollars versus originally proposed radiant heating system.
