 Aluminum Rolling Mill

Problem: Working conditions in the plant were very uncomfortable due to an old and unreliable boiler steam heating system. The result was poor employee morale and low productivity. Operating costs were high due to poor system performance and low energy efficiency. Maintenance, repair and replacement costs were also very high.
Solution: Cenergy engineered, installed and commissioned a new, more reliable and energy efficient space heating system on a “Fast Track” basis that prevented a work stoppage. Zone control of space temperatures provided more even heating where it was needed.
