4-Step Process
Comprehensive Engineering Analysis
If the recommendations in the Feasibility Study are acceptable and approved, the next step is a fee based Comprehensive Engineering Analysis. The Cenergy engineering team will perform an in-depth energy audit of the facility and processes.
Scope of the Comprehensive Engineering Analysis may be expanded from the original focus of the Feasibility Study to include:
1. Facility space heating
2. Ventilation and air conditioning
3. Heat recovery from process operation
4. Air compressor efficiency
5. Energy management control and supervision
6. Variable speed motor drives
7. Plant lighting and control
8. Steam system efficiency
The Comprehensive Engineering Analysis will provide:
1. Recommended system layout and specifications
2. Energy use and operating cost analysis of the present system and for proposed recommendations
3. A complete turnkey cost proposal for Implementation (See Step 3)
4. Financing options
5. A Value Analysis comparing the before and after
6. All terms and conditions of the project proposal
7. Schedules
The cost of the Comprehensive Engineering Analysis is minimal and is included in the total project cost bid. The next phase is Implementation (Step 3). |
